ELA-S Teacher Stipend

The ELA-S Teacher Stipend is an incentive based stipend to keep the District's qualified ELA-S teachers teaching in ELA-S positions. The rules for the stipend require that a teacher be fully qualified for an ELA-S position by November 1st of the school year in which the stipend is paid. The stipend is paid in the month of July following the end of the school year.
